#4 Buffalo Wings. A dozen spicy hot deep fried buffalo style wings. Served with celery, carrots, and
ranch dressing. We can also prepare them without sauce and you can have it on the side.

#5 Ribeye steak. This is the very best 10oz Ribeye steak available on the market. Perfectly marbled
and grilled to order just the way you want. Choice of two sides, French roll and onion.

#6 Boudain. (Pronounced Boo-dan) A Cajun specialty! Pork, rice, onions and green peppers are
combined with Cajun spices and stuffed into sausage casings. Quite different, and tasty. Served
with French fries and roll. $8.95
#7 Pulled pork sandwich. We take a pork shoulder, season it to perfection, and cook it slowly in our
giant smoker. Served on a bun, piled high, with your choice of two sides and sliced onion.

#8 Shredded Beef brisket on a bun. Slowly smoked, piled high. Served with onion, and your choice of
two sides. $8.95
Hot Tamale Mojoe. Stuffed with Jalapeno, cheddar cheese,
Rolled in crushed fritos.
#9 Mojoes!!! 1 Full pound of seasoned mesquite smoked pork sausage. Ground pork coated
and or stuffed with seasonings and spices, slowly smoked with mesquite.
A real treat! Served as an appetizer or as a meal with two sides, and French roll.
Your choice: Cajun Mojoe or Garlic Mojoe. ( Also watch for occasional Mojoe specials.)

#10 Heaven on a bun. Last, but certainly not least. We take slow smoked brisket and combine it with
pulled pork and marinate it in our own barbecue sauce. Served on a sesame seed bun.

We take fresh Jalapeno peppers, deseed them and stuff them with cream cheese
and crab meat. They are then wrapped with bacon, and smoked out in our giant smoker.
Spicy Hot and delicious!!!! $8.95
Sides: Cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, French fries, white beans and brisket, mashed
potatoes with bacon and onion.
Dessert: Cheese cake! A delicious slice of decadence. Plain, or with you choice of Chocolate or
strawberry topping. $3.95
